The Youth Assembly is a unique platform that cultivates a global network of young leaders and changemakers through exchange, education, and entrepreneurship.
It’s Time: Youth for Global Impact
The 25th session comes at a crucial moment as we enter the decade where urgent action is needed to accelerate solutions on our world’s biggest challenges. Join us as we bring together leaders from civil society organizations, academia, businesses, and international agencies with youth at the center of the conversation.
For the first time, the Youth Assembly will produce a landmark document, called the Declaration of Priorities, which will set out the primary issues where youth action is needed to support sustainable development. The document will be shaped through consultations and input from the Global Action and Impact Network and YA25 Delegates, and will be presented at a civil society meeting at the United Nations.
Examine the intricacies of the human condition in a fast-changing world and brainstorm solutions on how to address major issues such as gender inequality, education, unemployment, and more.
Explore some of our world’s biggest environmental issues and innovative solutions ranging from climate action, clean energy, sustainable infrastructures, and green jobs.
Learn the importance of including youth as stakeholders in achieving long term peace and stability and ways on how youth can have an impact on peacebuilding, refugees, and migration.
