Create game-changing solutions for today’s most pressing issues.
Early this year, we launched our first-ever Impact Challenge, which mobilizes youth to propose and enact meaningful, socially-responsible projects that address social, economic, and environmental issues around the world. We are calling young changemakers to join us again next year at the 23rd Session of The Youth Assembly and compete for the chance to win support for your start-up.
The Youth Assembly Impact Challenge asks participating Delegates to develop innovative solutions to our world’s most pressing issues.
Winners with the best proposals are chosen by a panel of judges to receive seed funding and resources to help launch their vision into action.
HOW IT WORKS
Registered Delegates of the upcoming session will receive an email on how to apply for the competition. Applicants must be between the ages of 16-28.
Proposed projects must address a specific challenge in a community and contribute significantly to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The winners will receive recognition during the closing ceremony of the 23rd Session of The Youth Assembly.
They will also:
- be featured prominently on our platforms reaching over 40,000 people globally
- receive mentorship on social entrepreneurship
- receive the opportunity to pitch their ideas to experts in the field, and receive seed funding for the implementation of their projects
All finalists will receive feedback to further develop and improve their social impact project proposals.
