María Alejandra Téllez Correa is a qualified lawyer and change-maker with an emphasis on social and climate change policies with a postgraduate specialization degree in “State, Public Policy and Development”. She has professional experience in the fields of climate change, development, public law, and diplomatic mission. She is also the Co-founder and Executive Director of CLIMALAB, a climate change and sustainable development NGO in Colombia. She also works as a Social and Urban World Bank Group consultant, a young leader in climate action networks, and certified as a young trainer of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) by the United Nations. She was the Colombian delegate for Youth Assembly 2020 in New York.
