Bio
Angelica Remache Lopez is a young writer, activist, entrepreneur, public speaker, human rights advocate, and an exceptional student at the University of Wisconsin Superior. Through her passionate work, she inspires young people to follow their dreams and become change-makers.
From her home country, Ecuador, Angelica came to the United States pursuing a dream: finding a path to help people. Precisely, that is what has brought her to publish her first book “Te Voy a Contar un Secreto” (I will tell you a secret). In this mystery novel, she reveals how dreams can become true only if the dreamer has the courage to pursue them.
Furthermore, Angelica has been working with youth activist’s groups for many years. In fact, she is the International Coordinator of Juventud Revolucionaria Activando al Pueblo (JRAP-Ecuador), one of the biggest youth organizations in Ecuador. Also, she is the President of Amnesty International at UWS, where she is pursuing a B.A. degree in Political Science and Economics. Currently, doing her internship at the Office of the President of the United Nations General Assembly.
Angelica firmly believes that young people are not only the future, but they are also the present. Therefore, for her, it is important to work united day by day making this world a better place to live in.
