The 11th Youth Assembly at the United Nations will take place 1 –3 August 2012 at UN Headquarters in New York City, USA.

 

The 11th YA will focus youth leaders on the success of the MDGs and beyond: the MDGs Today and global Development Tomorrow for Global Youth Leaders. Talks, workshops, and campaigns by Youth Leaders, UN staff, celebrities, and others.  The YA will be preceded by a mini-course at Fairleigh Dickinson University called the Emerging Leaders Global Seminars.  Post-YA there is an opportunity to provide service in cooperation with NYC Mayor Bloomberg's office and a number of extension trips (contact FAF for 2012 options).
