Jeanina Casusi is a mission-driven creative with expertise in digital communications. Born and raised in the Philippines, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines.
Jeanina’s involvement with FAF began with an internship in 2014, which quickly turned into a full-time position as the Communications Coordinator. At present, she is working as the Communications Specialist at FAF, responsible for content creation and graphic design across multimedia platforms, as well as communication initiatives that support and promote the organization’s flagship project – the Youth Assembly. She works collaboratively with other staff in planning, organizing, and implementing the Youth Assembly event twice a year.
In her capacity as the Communications Specialist, Jeanina has successfully coordinated partnerships and collaborations with media companies and projects, such as Instagram, Devex, Dear World, and CNN’s Great Big Story.
Prior to joining FAF, Jeanina has interned and volunteered with nonprofit organizations focusing on health education/animal rights, women empowerment, and community service in the Philippines. In her spare time, she enjoys immersing herself in all things creative, such as arts and crafts, photography, and music.
