Monday, June 25, 2012 – Rehearsals, Festival Welcome Dinner (B, D)
Participate in “The Rhythms of One World” International Choral Festival director’s luncheon. Prepare for rehearsals at festival venues. In the afternoon attend the Festival Press Conference. Tonight, attend a welcome dinner with all participating Festival Choirs.

Tuesday, June 26, 2012 – Festival Opening Concert (B, D)
Arrive the United Nations in the mid-afternoon for a guided tour of this peacemaking institution. Prepare for your evening performance at “The Rhythms of One World” International Choral Festival Opening Concert at United Nations Headquarters shared with other choirs.

Wednesday, June 27, 2012 – Festival Concerts (B, D)
Perform or attend Festival Concert throughout New York City. Guided sightseeing tours of the Big Apple possible today.

Thursday, June 28, 2012 – Festival Concerts, Festival Choirs Exchange (B, D)
Perform or attend Festival Concert throughout New York City. Guided sightseeing tours of the Big Apple possible today. In the mid-afternoon, prepare for an artistic exchange with all Festival Choirs, followed by a dinner reception.

Friday, June 29, 2012 – Festival Concerts (B, L, D)
Perform or attend Festival Concert throughout New York City.

Saturday, June 30, 2012 – Festival Closing Concert (B, L, D)
Prepare for your evening performance at “The Rhythms of One World” International Choral Festival Closing Concert shared with other choirs.
