Familiarization Trip to Ireland/Scotland – PLACES STILL OPEN FOR MARCH TOUR; Next tour planned in April/May 2012

Seriously considering traveling your ensemble in 2012-2013?  Free familiarization tours are now offered to performing ensemble's directors in 2012/2013.  These FAM tours will enable recipients to help familiarize themselves with FAF programs in Latin America, Africa, Northern Europe, China, and many others.  Counterparts, see venues and hotels for groups – all group leaders who return in 2012/2013 will have their full airfare refunded and be granted a second tour with their ensembles during the group trip.  (GROUPS OF 25+)

CURRENT TOUR OFFERING:  IRELAND AND SCOTLAND, March 8-12, 2012.  LAND ONLY SUPPORT PLACES STILL AVAILABLE ON THIS FULLY ESCORTED FAMILIARIZATION TOUR OF THE REGION.

This grant is funded in part by FAF, Inc.: this is a Land Only offer. Those groups whose leader travel with FAF in one year after this familiarization tour will have their airfare fully refunded.

Awardees must sign a letter of agreement (upon request of FAF at time of notification) stating that without any obligation they are accepting this opportunity in the name of their arts organization or academic institution.

* Initially, this is a land-only free offer to Ireland and Scotland in doubles, and includes local transportation, most meals, specialty visits, and the camaraderie of an FAF fam tour that is legend! Should your group of 25 or more travel with FAF in the coming year, the airfare for the main representative – 1 air ticket, will be fully refunded.  Note: If traveling with FAF in 2012-2013, there will be a second FREE trip for the main representative at the time of group travel, too!
