It
is our pleasure to present the following travel packages created
exclusively for our exciting VGIF / IFUWA Conference, taking place in
Kolkata, India, from November 18-21, 2009!

three different package offers:

- Magical India Package (November 10-21, 2009)
- Basic Conference Package (November 16-21, 2009)
Prices are based on double occupancy; single rooms available upon
request.

Deadline
for Registration:
September 4, 2009

PLEASE NOTE: Reservations are subject
to availability and honored on a first-come-first-served basis.
Delegates will be asked to confirm their bookings with a $500 deposit
upon registration in order to
block space. Further payment terms are as follows:
- Second payment (one-third of the balance) is due on February 2,
2009
- Third payment (one-third of the balance) is due on May 1, 2009
- Final payment (remainder of the balance) is due on July 31, 2009

Prices will decrease if more than 50 paying travelers take each
respective plan. Costs are based on current taxes and fuel surcharges, and such
